This is an invitation to a healthy journey.
There is one person you know and listen to every day, and that is 'you'.
While the plans for work and to-do lists for the family continue, sometimes there is a 'you' that you forget. It is your responsibility to treat your body well, which nourishes and sustains you, and to take care of its needs.
We want to make this seemingly heavy load healthy and bring you together with delicious and simple recipes that can do it. In this journey, we will be transferring simple gluten-free and healthy snacks that you will throw in your bag to you in the easiest way.
Why should we eat gluten-free? How to create the right gluten-free flour? Which flours are used where and how? What are the textures, baking degrees and functions of flours? What should we pay attention to when creating a refined sugar-free product?
Two kinds of refined sugar-free and gluten-free products will be prepared together in the workshop.

Who is Hale Dark? Having lost her heart to pilates after graduating from university and working at Turkcell corporate and then Kavaklıdere corporate, Hale has been a pilates instructor since 2006, became interested in healthy eating along with sports, researched, tried, experienced and prepared many recipes. He received cortisone treatment for 2 years after the operation he had 3 years ago due to his illness. In this process, besides the side effects of the drugs, he gained 20 kilograms. Hale, whose greatest support in the recovery of this process is her interest in healthy eating and her motivation to work on new recipes, will now share what she knows with you.
